Andrew Solano

Andrew Solano came to The B.I.G. Insurance Agency with extensive experience in customer relations, business management, and leadership. Prior to working in insurance, Andrew worked in the telecommunications industry for eight years and in his last three years was promoted to management at one of the top-producing retail locations in South Texas. During his management years, he learned to lead a team of over 20 employees with diverse backgrounds and age groups into a top-producing location in the region. He moved into the insurance industry in August of 2017 joining a State Farm agency as an Agent Aspirant and sales team leader. In the first year, Andrew contributed to the agency’s achievement of the top 100 ranking of new agencies in the country. Andrew’s priority is to provide education and understanding regarding insurance products and services to his clients along with an exceptional customer service experience.
